Position Goal: 

• Assist with the overall design and implementation of a comprehensive PK-5th  grade curriculum With Beyond the Bell and Wee Care.

Performance Criteria:

•  BA degree in Education or related field preferred but not required
• 1-3 years of School Age experience. Preferably being an On-Site Supervisor
• Current First Aid, CPR, Mandatory Child Abuse Training, and Blood Borne Pathogens.

Performance Criteria:

• Manage personnel including evaluating the needs for training topics and providing in-service training for staff.
• Incorporate standards and benchmarks.
• Lead the curriculum planning for each program.
• Assist in hiring and the new staff induction process.
• Schedule and conduct staff meetings pertaining to curriculum and staff expectations.
• Conduct site visits daily to observe curriculum and regulations.
• Establish assessments for measuring student success.
• Oversees preparation of newsletters.
• Plans and implements events for children and families with the teachers.
• Assist in the classroom when needed.
• Proven ability to provide teacher professional development in instructional skills and strategies.
• Observes and coaches teachers regarding instructional practices.
• Maintains regular collaboration with building and department leaders
