Curriculum Specialist designs and develops training programs, curriculum, methods, and materials for various audiences, including employees, managers, customers, or other learners. Conducts skill assessments and collects input to identify training or development needs, goals, gaps, and requirements. Being a Curriculum Specialist consults with subject matter experts to define learning objectives and to design appropriate course content and training curriculum. Develops curricula supporting defined competency models or skill frameworks. Additionally, Curriculum Specialist writes and edits outlines, syllabus, lecture notes, and materials for in-person or online courses and self-study programs. Evaluates the software or collaboration tools to be selected for training. Establishes metrics to use to evaluate training effectiveness. May collaborate with vendors that provide training materials or conduct training. May coach trainers. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Curriculum Specialist occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     Summary:
    The Sales Development Trainee supports our sales teams to maintain and boost our current customer base. The Trainees will work closely with the Inside Sales team to establish a baseline in product knowledge while supporting sales function by developing leads, market surveys, customer consultation, and sample product offerings. The Trainee will have the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of sales, while advancing through the program with hands-on experience. The trainee will build skills and gain experience by working closely with multiple functions of the sales organization while exploring a career path in sales. The Sales Development Trainee will be exposed to extensive training, mentorship, and real-world application to help launch careers.

    The impact you'll have:
    • Execute sales strategies by proactively contacting existing and new customers via phone, email or video messaging.
    • Drive various sales projects including but not limited to: Event Invitations, Market Discovery, and strategic email/calling campaigns.
    • Develop and refine foundational sales skills by participating in ongoing sales training and practice sessions.
    • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through effective communication.
    • Acquire high-level knowledge of CA product offerings

    • Strong listening and communication skills- both oral and written.
    • Strong interpersonal skills- build trust and confidence among team.
    • Represent CA’s core values- demonstrate integrity, ethical standards, and a professional demeanor.
    • Working knowledge of CRM systems.

    Benefits and Pay Range:
    Pay – This role’s base pay is $16/hr. The Company recognizes that minimum wage varies by location and will ensure all compensation decisions comply with applicable state and local laws.

    Benefits - Temporary and per diem employees who average, and maintain, at least 30 hours of work per week may become eligible for medical coverage, under the Affordable Care Act, after an initial waiting period. Temporary and per-diem employees working more than 20 hours per week are eligible for twelve paid holidays. All temporary and per-diem employees are eligible for accrued sick time.
