Curriculum Manager manages the design and development of training programs, curriculum, methods, and materials for various audiences, including employees, managers, customers, or other learners. Oversees skill assessments and collects input to identify training or development needs, goals, gaps, and requirements. Being a Curriculum Manager consults with subject matter experts to define learning objectives and to design appropriate course content and training curriculum. Develops curricula supporting defined competency models or skill frameworks. Additionally, Curriculum Manager provides outlines, syllabus, lecture notes, and materials for in-person or online courses and self-study programs. Participates in the selection of software or collaboration tools used for training. Establishes metrics used to evaluate training effectiveness and analyzes outcomes to determine ROI and recommend changes to programs. May select and manage vendors that provide training materials or conduct training. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Curriculum Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Curriculum Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Lead the design and development of training material supporting our Leadership and Business Solutions segment, which provides crucial training in "power" skills to empower our customers to bring out the best in their teams.
    • Align learning objectives with organizational goals, maintaining a focus on the quality and accuracy of all training materials.
    • Drive a cohesive approach to instructional design and communication of design principles throughout the instructional design process, from outlining and storyboarding to scripting and presentation.
    • Build out a hybrid team of instructional design professionals to efficiently deliver engaging, multi-modal instructional content in high-demand areas.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate training content effectiveness, fostering continuous improvement and innovation.
    • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to devise training strategies that effectively address knowledge, skill, and behavioral gaps among learners.
    • Establish delivery timelines in collaboration with cross-functional teams, determining the optimal methods for content dissemination.
    • Uphold adherence to internal standards, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance and consistency across all training initiatives.

    SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a knack for conveying complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
    • Expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design across diverse formats.
    • Familiarity with Generative AI tools and concepts and ability to thoughtfully innovate content creation processes.
    • Proficiency in crafting engaging learning experiences that captivate learners and reinforce key concepts effectively.
    • Strong collaboration skills, enabling productive partnerships with stakeholders and internal teams to drive innovation and problem-solving.
    • Superior organizational, project management, and time management skills, enabling successful multitasking and task prioritization.
    • Competence in utilizing software tools such as Microsoft Office, Articulate Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc., to facilitate training development.
    • Active listening skills paired with professional communication, fostering effective dialogue, and understanding.
    • Analytical prowess and a proactive approach to identifying challenges and implementing solutions.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
    • Commitment to continuous improvement, actively seeking and providing constructive feedback to enhance team performance and relationships.
    • Demonstrated accountability and customer-centric mindset, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and priorities.

    Target base salary range for this job requisition is anticipated to be $101,600 to $135,000 annualized.

    We also offer participation in the Company Bonus Program and full benefits. The company may modify salaries, salary ranges and/or Pay Plans from time to time as it deems necessary.
