As a Curriculum Manager on the National Cryptologic University (NCU) Team, you will be doing just that; directly supporting, sustaining, and transforming training curricula that keep the Agency running. The College of Language and Intelligence Analysis is looking for a curriculum manager to coordinate with teaching departments, customers, and education/training professionals to ensure its curricula meet the needs of Agency analysts. Furthermore, the curriculum manager must ensure that adequate courses are scheduled, that a cadre of qualified instructors exists and is available, and that any new learning solutions are valid and complementary to existing offerings. Additional tasks include: - Handle day-to-day activities associated with the implementation of learning events, interventions, and employee development programs; - Develop training curricula; - Implement training technologies; - Produce training materials; and - Evaluate training.

Qualifications

The qualifications listed are the minimum acceptable to be considered for the position. Degree must be in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field, or in the relevant subject matter (e.g., Mathematics for a Mathematics instructor). Entry is with a Bachelor's degree and no experience. A high school diploma or GED plus 4 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 2 years of relevant experience may be considered for individuals with in-depth experience that is clearly related to the position. Relevant experience must be in a training or learning environment, in a subject matter related to the position in which the candidate is applying and/or managing curriculum content.

Partnering: Collaborating with colleagues, counterparts, management, and others to achieve common goals.

Pay, Benefits, & Work Schedule

Pay: Salary offers are based on candidates' education level and years of experience relevant to the position and also take into account information provided by the hiring manager/organization regarding the work level for the position. Salary Range: $55,924 - $88,926 Salary range varies by location, work level, and relevant experience to the position. On the job training, internal NSA courses, and external training will be made available based on the need and experience of the selectee. Work Schedule: This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday, with basic 8 hr/day work requirement between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (flexible).
