Scheduling consists of effective communicators who are highly collaborative, creative, and responsive to meet the needs of educators by supporting a successful implementation of Curriculum Associates products through the scheduling of professional learning sessions. Manager responsibilities include creating a plan to meet department goals and objectives, encompassing assigning/adjusting portfolios/workload, delegating responsibilities, setting and managing to timelines, and maintaining high standards for completion. Simultaneously, they will monitor team progress to adjust practice and process to increase efficiency and performance.
The impact you'll have:
- Lead Engagement team that is responsible for scheduling and planning over 7,000 Professional Learning sessions annually.
- Coach and develop team members to grow skills that will drive the highest possible impact on educators via effective professional learning.
- Manage day-to-day operations and strategy within assigned region, balancing workloads across team to ensure individual employees and team are set up for success.
- In collaboration with leadership in PL, PS, and Sales, implement strategies that streamline communications/activities to drive implementation alignment.
- On a national level, lead strategic innovation initiatives to grow efficiency and effectiveness of departmental work.
- Lead with integrity every day, contributing to a culture of high expectations and excellence.
Who we're looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred and minimum of 5 years of related experience, preferably in a professional services environment in the education industry.
- Classroom experience preferred, though not required.
- Experience managing and/or coaching team members in a culture of high expectations.
- Experience managing remote team members preferred.
- Experience leading consultative conversations with educators on professional learning and/or implementation practices.
- Growth mindset, with commitment to ongoing learning and willingness to be flexible to meet evolving educator and team needs
- Evidence of collaboration/relationship building with leadership and colleagues
- Evidence of independence and completion of assigned projects
- Proven organization skills, high attention to details, and superior time management that results in effectively completing multiple projects and prioritizing appropriately
- Prior knowledge of or direct experience with Curriculum Associates’ suite of products, including i-Ready, i-Ready Classroom, and Magnetic Reading
- A history of motivating a team to reach greater levels of productivity and efficiency
- A strong vision and sense of direction and leadership
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills: clear, supportive, candid, and encouraging
- Ability to think quickly and act decisively
Location: Remote
Pay Range: This role’s range is $69,250 - 118,250. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that Curriculum Associates considers in making compensation decisions based on our Compensation Philosophy. Actual base pay within that range will vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, prior experience and relevant skill sets. At Curriculum Associates, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances for each case. This role is also eligible to participate in the company bonus plan. The Company recognizes that minimum wage varies by location and will ensure all compensation decisions comply with applicable state and local laws.
