We are seeking a skilled Operator to join our team. As an Operator, you will be responsible for operating various machines and equipment to produce high-quality products. This is a crucial role in our manufacturing process, and we are looking for someone with strong technical skills and attention to detail.

```Duties```
- Operate press brake machines, milling machines, and other equipment according to specifications
- Set up and adjust machines for optimal performance
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality output
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and other technical documents
- Use measuring tools such as micrometers to ensure precise measurements
- Assist with tooling changes and tool maintenance
- Conduct quality inspections to identify any defects or issues
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

```Skills```
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills:
- Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes
- Proficiency in basic math calculations
- Familiarity with various tooling used in manufacturing operations
- Ability to operate a crane for material handling purposes
- Experience using micrometers and other measuring tools
- Basic welding skills are a plus
- Mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting abilities
- Familiarity with CNC machines is preferred
