REHAU Construction is seeking to fill a PEX Mixing Room Operator position.

Responsibilities

Role & Responsibilities

• Mixing of materials in line with STAKA
• Initiating corrective actions if STAKA non-conformities occur and after consulting with the foreman, process engineer and shift manager
• Report deviation of process to line manager
• Highlighting potential improvements in terms of work-flow and STAKAs
• Cleaning mixing plants incl. pelletizer and mixing blades to remove residues and contamination
• Maintaining and servicing the entire mixing plant in order to ensure a trouble-free and reliable work-flow
• Report and request needed repair work
• Checking whether the required raw materials are correctly stated in the production order
• Permanently checking the mixing parameters
• Recording and documenting mixing/production data
• Disposing of raw material packaging
• Complying with safety regulations at the workstation
• Taking responsibility for housekeeping as part of the 5S
• Meeting environmental requirements
• Making use of personal protective equipment according to operating instructions
• Be flexible and assist in other areas as needed
• Transport mixed material to production
• Actively participating in REHAU idea management
