Within the Intensive Care Unit and Pre/Post Cath Lab the Critical Care Director will manage daily activities, develop and implement research based training for staff, provide leadership and guidance to the talented team of RN’s and ensure adherence to Hospital protocols and standards. Monitoring and evaluating unit performance and implementing new policies to improve patient care will also be a part of the Director’s responsibilities.
