The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct research on court records, transfer data to our proprietary platform, and assist with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.Responsibilities:
- Researching court records on government terminals and transferring data to proprietary platform
- Conducting remote data entry when not at the courthouse
- Pickup/drop off of fingerprints to MRI Office
- Going to the courthouse and pulling docket numbers for the remote team to upload to customers
- Visiting the MRI Minnesota office for fingerprint transfers
- Adhering to additional duties as assigned
- Flexibility to work from home when workload allows, primarily focusing on data entry tasks
Requirements: Knowledge and Skills:- Attention to detail is essential
- Proficiency in data entry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must have reliable transportation for regular travel between Saint Paul and Edina, MN
