Ensures collectors follow all protocols, laws and regulations to collect payments efficiently. Additionally, Credit and Collections Supervisor may require a bachelor's degree. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.
