Ensures collectors follow all protocols, laws and regulations to collect payments efficiently. Additionally, Credit and Collections Supervisor may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Credit and Collections Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.
