LCCU is looking for a highly motivated Collections Manager.
This person will be responsible for supervising a team and performing collection activities associated with delinquent member accounts including; credit and debit cards, lines of credit, secured loans, unsecured loans, real estate loans and home equity lines of credit. This person will also oversee accounts that are involved in bankruptcy or legal proceedings to include garnishments, levies, and foreclosures. This person will also ensure that the Credit Union’s professional image is maintained both inside the credit union and with outside parties involved in the collections process.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Three to Four Years of collection experience with a full-service financial institution required.
· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
