GENERAL FUNCTION :
Pursuant to the Bancorp Risk Framework, executes credit risk management strategies and policies, exercising independent judgement and providing constructive and credible challenge to credit risk recommendations, credit risk portfolio management and monitoring, approves credit exposure, providing feedback on proper structuring and pricing.
Monitors ongoing credit administration and attends LOB pipeline meetings to ensure credit standards are followed across assigned business segment.
Participant in customer calls as needed. Monitors credit quality through forward looking analysis as well as reviewing system-generated reports.
Responsible and accountable for credit risk management and constructive, credible challenge by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined.
Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience.
While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.
