Additionally, Credit Clerk, Sr. requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Credit Clerk, Sr. works under moderate supervision. This position is an intermediate-level role for the department. The Sr. Credit Card Operations Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day operations and accounting of the department with customer-centric care being at the core of their performance strategy. Through the practice of pre-defined service standards, this position’s focus is systems support, reconciling accounts, serving customers, preparing reports, and monitoring processes to ensure we are providing a strong customer experience.
