JOB SUMMARY:
This employee is responsible for supporting various departments within lending operations. Primary responsibilities include a combination of vendor management support and implementation of new software, integration of new systems and technologies, and identifying opportunities for enhancing member and staff experiences. In addition, this employee will also provide administrative support to the Chief Lending Officer in form of monthly reports and reconciliations, coordinating with internal departments and stakeholders, and liaising with external business partners.
