Job Summary
This role monitors suspicious transaction activities and resolves fraudulent transactions. You will monitor, analyze and act upon credit and debit card activity for the prevention and detection of fraud. The role will utilize transaction data to identify common points of compromise, fraud trends that require immediate action, and customer impact that needs additional support. This position will require a high degree of self-motivation, prioritization, and teamwork, and excellent analytical skills in order to filter and validate transaction data from multiple sources. Individuals in this position are expected to develop a strong understanding and sense of ownership of the process they are working with.
