Job Summary:
The Manager of Member Operations role reports to the Vice President of Branch Operations and takes the strategic directives from the Vice President and creates action plans for consistency and accountability to the Shoreview and Maple Grove branch teller line staff when it comes to performance, services, and product delivery for BTCU members.
The Manager of Member Operations collaborates with the Vice President of Branch Operations, along with other branch and call center leadership, to ensure policies, practices, and procedures model the expectations of BTCU and BTCU member experiences with respect to BTCU Strategic Initiatives.
The Manager of Member Operations role coaches, trains, and assists in holding accountability to staff performance and drives strategic and purposeful relationships with BTCU members through needs assessed cross-servicing activities. Engages and assists members in service needs.
Classification: Exempt
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:45am to 5:15pm
Work Location: Maple Grove and Shoreview, with other locations as needed
