Job Title: Product Analyst
A Product Analyst at Arvest is responsible for analyzing, researching, and making recommendations about the organization’s products. They analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and product performance data to determine strengths and weaknesses of the organization’s offerings. A Product Analyst’s goal is to help the organization make informed decisions about product development to drive growth and satisfaction.

What You’ll Do at Arvest: (Other duties may be assigned.)
• Analyze trends, customer behaviors, and product performance data to understand customer needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to gather and analyze data on product performance and feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and ensure product decisions are aligned with organizational goals.
• Generate regular product reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Identify and prioritize product improvements, new features, and product roadmaps.
• Participate in product launches, includes creating product documentation, developing training materials, and providing support.
• Continuously monitor product performance and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations for future product development.
• Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes but is not limited to; complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls; report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and report any suspicious customer and/or account activity.

• 3 years of experience in banking, data analysis, or product development
• Strong analytical skills to collect and analyze data, draw conclusions, and make informed recommendations
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Tableau or similar)
• Experience generating reports
• Clear communication skills to share complex ideas and findings to cross-functional teams
• Ability to think in abstract ways to validate product success and failure
• Capable of translating complex concepts into simple user stories
• Ability to work in ambiguous environments
• Relevant military experience is considered for veterans and transitioning service members.
