As a Specialist II in Fraud, you will receive approximately 80 – 100 inbound calls a day specifically regarding fraud on customer accounts. By building a strong rapport with your customer, you will be able to make an impact on the business. Job Responsibilities:

• Work in a call center environment that requires 100% phone-based customer interaction
