  • About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in our credit card division to support enhancements of an application portfolio supporting the Operations line of business. Thousands of internal users use the portfolio to enable millions of account management requests per month for our customers and stakeholders across credit card, co-brand, and private label cards. This position will help meet their demand for exciting enhancements supporting business growth objectives, regulatory mandates, and small enhancements. In this role, you will: Participate in an agile scrum delivering moderately complex initiatives supporting new credit card products, regulatory initiatives, and small enhancements. Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments. Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of current state. Resolve moderately complex issues and contribute to a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements. Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals. Participate in on-call rotations. 5 years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management information systems, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field. Required Qualifications: 5 years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience. Desired Qualifications: 5 years of experience with Microsoft Technologies development (.NET, SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS) 5 years of experience with SQL 3 years of Agile experience 2 years of full stack development experience 2 years of credit card industry experience 2 year of experience with Restful APIs Experience with Java is a plus. Experience with Azure or PCF Cloud environments is a plus.
