Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Branch Manager. The Branch Manager will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of the branch, driving business development, and ensuring a superior member experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with all credit union policies and regulations.
- Manage and supervise branch staff, providing leadership, guidance, and support.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and set performance goals for the team.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and credit union policies.
- Maintain a secure and confidential environment, following security protocols.
- Monitor branch financial performance, analyze key performance indicators, and implement strategies for improvement.
- Prepare and manage branch budgets, controlling expenses effectively.
- Collaborate with CEO to assess and address branch building needs, including maintenance, renovations, and improvements.
- Undertake additional tasks and projects as directed by management to support overall organization goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a financial institution.
- Strong understanding of banking operations, compliance, and regulations.
- Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
