JOB PURPOSE: The Creative Manager is responsible for leading and managing the creative team, overseeing the development and execution of creative projects, and ensuring alignment with the company?s brand identity and objectives. This role requires a combination of creative vision, leadership skills, and project management expertise to drive innovation and deliver high-quality creative solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Team Leadership:
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the creative team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment that upholds Nuvative company values.
  • Provide guidance, feedback, and support to team members to maximize their potential and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects effectively while adhering to deadlines.
• Creative Direction:
  • Develop and articulate creative concepts, strategies, and vision that align with the company?s brand identity and objectives.
  • Oversee the development of compelling design content across various mediums including digital, video and print.
  • Ensure consistency and quality in all creative deliverables, maintaining design integrity from mockup to implementation.
• Project Management:
  • Manage the workflow of creative projects from conception to completion, checking in for progress updates throughout to ensure that deadlines are met, and resources are allocated effectively.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to establish project scope and manage timeline and budgets.
  • Conduce regular reviews and evaluations to assess project progress, identify potential risks or challenges, implement solutions as needed, and communicate with leadership.
• Strategic Planning:
  • Communicate business objectives with team to collaborate and execute to meet business goals.
  • Collaborate with content team, leadership, and other departments to develop and execute create campaigns and initiatives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform creative strategies and opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and audience feedback to inform creative decisions and optimizations.
