Creative Manager is responsible for managing all phases of creative development work from concept to completion. Oversees the creation of art, photo, copy, and layout for creative projects. Being a Creative Manager implements policies and standards that reinforce the organization's branding strategy and quality goals. Manages and develops a team of designers, copywriters, project managers and vendors. Additionally, Creative Manager leads the development of creative briefs and utilizes design methodologies that meet the business objectives and timelines of the organization and stakeholders. Evaluates and adopts the most effective tools and techniques across all media. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Creative Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Creative Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. CFS has partnered with a manufacturing company who is looking for an Accounting Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day financial operations of the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general ledger (GL) accounting, possess a relevant degree, and have experience working with ERP systems.

Responsibilities of Accounting Manager:
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial statements.
- Oversee all aspects of general ledger accounting.
- Perform reconciliations of accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with various departments to develop and monitor budgets.
- Provide support for financial forecasting and planning activities.
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure operational needs are met.
- Implement strategies to optimize working capital.
- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
- Streamline accounting procedures to enhance efficiency.
Preferred Experience of Accounting Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in general ledger accounting.
- Previous experience working with ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
