Creative Manager is responsible for managing all phases of creative development work from concept to completion. Oversees the creation of art, photo, copy, and layout for creative projects. The Manager of Creative Education will report to the Executive Director. The Manager of Creative Education is responsible for the operations and performance of the social emotional learning (SEL) programs offered by Connecting Generations. In this role, s/he ensures high quality programs through program development and design, supervision of staff, evaluation of training/education staff and programs, and representation of the agency with various stakeholder groups.
Duties and Responsibilities
Program Management of Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) Programs
Responsible for the day-to-day program operations necessary to continue to grow, deliver and evolve high quality programs.
Responsible for the development and continuation of social-emotional programming
Ensures high quality education and training experiences through on-going supervision and assessment of trainers and curriculum.
Manages revisions to curriculum and other program content.
Works in partnership with the Executive Director and the development staff in the pursuit of funding for various programs
Works in partnership with the Executive Director in the development and management of program budgets.
Responsible for evaluation process and evaluation tools for programs, curricula and trainers, including ensuring the accuracy of the on-line database.
Represents the organization at various events, meetings, and in various and appropriate organizations, e.g., the Delaware SEL Collaborative.
Be willing to travel within the state to represent the organization at various events.
Attends regularly held staff meetings and board or other meetings as requested.
Support Connecting Generations mission.
Be available evenings and/or weekends if needed to fulfill goals of organization and/or position.
Observes all CGI policies and procedures
Performs additional tasks as assigned.
