Creative Surfaces Inc: a national manufacturing company of custom store fixtures, signage, and countertops for retail, automotive, and casino industry with manufacturing facilities in Sioux Falls, SD and Rapid City, SD is seeking a Project Manager for our Casework Division.

At Creative Surfaces Inc, our Project Manager works closely with production, drafting and sales team to understand customer timelines, follow up on open items and communicate effectively with all stake holders; internally and externally. Duties:

1. Manage architectural millwork projects including production, delivery, and installation activities.
2. Serve as a point of contact for general contractors, architects, sales, and production teams.
3. Manage project timelines and communicate back to production and operations teams.
4. Track open items, shop drawings, field measurements, change orders, request dates etc
5. Perform site visits and measure as required.
6. Manage punch list, warranty request, and communicate with customer, production, and operations.

Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, IMOS, Buildertrend and Procore softwares’
• Knowledgeable in AWI, OSHA, LEED standards
• Ability to effectively manage relationships with customers, subcontractors, architects, designers, and colleagues.
• Highly organized with strong attention to details, multi-tasking is a must
• Prior Project Management experience required.
• Working knowledge of construction and woodworking industry
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work and communicate well with others.
• Computer literate
• Proficient in Google Suites, Microsoft Word, and Excel
