Creative Manager is responsible for managing all phases of creative development work from concept to completion. Oversees the creation of art, photo, copy, and layout for creative projects. Being a Creative Manager implements policies and standards that reinforce the organization's branding strategy and quality goals. Manages and develops a team of designers, copywriters, project managers and vendors. Additionally, Creative Manager leads the development of creative briefs and utilizes design methodologies that meet the business objectives and timelines of the organization and stakeholders. Evaluates and adopts the most effective tools and techniques across all media. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. Creative Services Assistant : Limestone University Department of Communications & Marketing.
This full-time salaried position is located on the Limestone University campus in Gaffney, SC (this is not a remote position.)
The on-campus position will, as assigned, provide support to communicate consistent brand messaging and marketing collateral for the Department of Communications and Marketing using creative services such as graphic design and videography.
The position reports to the Vice President for Communications & Marketing / Communications Director and the Associate Vice President for Communications & Marketing / Creatives Services Director.
This position assists with the creative services needs of the Limestone University Department of Communications & Marketing.
Graphic design responsibilities include creating and supporting the graphics needs for Limestone University promotional and collateral materials.
The position also supports all videography initiatives for the Department, including video shoots, editing, and production.

Preferred Experience :
Minimum three years of work experience in the Creative Services field, particularly including graphic design and videography for marketing collateral, public relations material, social media, and advertising.
Experience in higher education preferred.
