Responsibilities

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

• With support from outside contractors, lead full life-cycle video support including planning, storyboarding, recording, editing, implementing visuals, and finalization. 
• Design and layout corporate materials such as fact sheets, infographics, white papers, case studies, quarterly newsletters, reports, and briefings. 
• Provide planning, advisory, visual design, and branding support for company events, sponsorships, social media, and other promotional materials.  
• Manage and update graphic resource hubs on SharePoint. 
• Create digital visuals for emails and the website, including everything from illustrated graphics to photo enhancement. 
• Provide additional design services as needed, such as PowerPoint presentation graphic support.

• Skilled in filming interviews and producing high-quality video content. 

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field (master’s degree may substitute for 2 years of experience). 
• 4 years of experience with an in-house creative team. 
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro), Mac applications (Keynote, iMovie), and Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Word). 

Additional Requirements: 

• Ability to work from office headquarters in Reston, VA, twice a week for team collaboration and on-site video/photo shoots. 
• Digital portfolio showcasing a wide range of visual design work. 

Citizenship Requirement: 

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
