Creative Manager is responsible for managing all phases of creative development work from concept to completion. Oversees the creation of art, photo, copy, and layout for creative projects. Being a Creative Manager implements policies and standards that reinforce the organization's branding strategy and quality goals. Manages and develops a team of designers, copywriters, project managers and vendors. Additionally, Creative Manager leads the development of creative briefs and utilizes design methodologies that meet the business objectives and timelines of the organization and stakeholders. Role Summary: The Creative Music Specialist assists the Music Lead in providing direction and oversight to the music team for Sunday services and special events. They contribute to the innovation and creation of TC's unique sound that supports the Vision and Values of TC.

Qualifications:
Education/Experience: Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. A minimum of three years ministry experience required. Bachelors degree in music-related field with five years experience at pastoral level in ministry context preferred.
Computer/Technical Skills: Exceptional knowledge of music theory, advanced use of musical instruments and equipment. Must have a working understanding of Ableton Live Operation. Intermediate use of Microsoft Office software and MyTC/CCB preferred.
Certificates and Licenses: CPR/AED Certification may be required (provided by Transformation Church).
Supervisory Responsibilities: This role is responsible for the oversight of 25 Servant Leaders.
Work Environment and Physical Demands: he work environment is generally moderate, with varying lighting conditions and noise levels. Will require occasional lifting and physical movement.
