You will be responsible for producing and overseeing the development and execution of all creative marketing initiatives. You will work closely with interdepartmental teams to drive brand consistency and business growth in our vertically integrated operation of consumer-packaged goods, retail and wholesale business sectors. The ideal candidate has a strong background in email marketing, product management, digital marketing, and sales.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement
- Manage the end-to-end creative process, from concept development to final execution
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing materials, including email campaigns, social media content, website design, and advertising materials
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to inform creative decisions

Experience:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with analytics tools to track campaign performance
- Familiarity with SEO principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and project management skills
