Creative Manager is responsible for managing all phases of creative development work from concept to completion. Oversees the creation of art, photo, copy, and layout for creative projects. Being a Creative Manager implements policies and standards that reinforce the organization's branding strategy and quality goals. Manages and develops a team of designers, copywriters, project managers and vendors. Additionally, Creative Manager leads the development of creative briefs and utilizes design methodologies that meet the business objectives and timelines of the organization and stakeholders. Evaluates and adopts the most effective tools and techniques across all media. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Creative Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. As the Creative Content Manager, your role will involve creating a wide range of content for our record labels. You'll be tasked with ensuring a consistent creative approach throughout various campaigns and working with team members and external partners to develop different types of video content. This includes music videos, behind-the-scenes footage, interviews, live performances, album trailers, promotional materials and more. You will play an integral role in our tight-knit team, which is based in both Los Angeles and Nashville.
