Creative Manager is responsible for managing all phases of creative development work from concept to completion. Oversees the creation of art, photo, copy, and layout for creative projects. Being a Creative Manager implements policies and standards that reinforce the organization's branding strategy and quality goals. Manages and develops a team of designers, copywriters, project managers and vendors. Additionally, Creative Manager leads the development of creative briefs and utilizes design methodologies that meet the business objectives and timelines of the organization and stakeholders. Evaluates and adopts the most effective tools and techniques across all media. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Creative Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Creative Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Creative Project Manager

  • Coordinate ongoing and diverse creative projects across clients, inclusive of scheduling and monitoring daily tasks within a workflow software, and displaying strong communication with account and creative teams to ensure efficiency and timely project completion for clients in a fast-paced environment.

    Job Tasks:
    Act as a liaison between the account and creative teams to ensure proper prioritization of tasks and projects, with ongoing resource allocation for creative team.
    • Build individual workback plans on a project basis so that deadlines are met and creative is successfully delivered to client.
    • Quality assurance to ensure projects are being completed to the specific guidelines provided by client and uphold high quality standards. 
    • Effectively track and organize assets where applicable to maintain version control and help the team reduce revisions in future production. 
    • Establish better processes where applicable to improve workflow and mitigate inefficiencies. 
    • Learn the creative needs of each client and brand, including organization of all creative reference files, to ensure assets meet client expectations and are brand-aligned.


    Requirements and Qualifications:
    Bachelor’s in Marketing or equivalent job experience.
    • 4–5 years of trafficking experience in creative field(s) preferred.
    • Must have agency experience and/or production company experience that works with several different clients at once.
    • Must be able to prioritize work, be flexible with ever-changing, multiple priorities.
    • Must have a level of comfortable working with varying levels of team members internally and in freelancer network, throughout the creative process and across creative categories such as video, graphic design, animation, print, etc.  

    *this is a hybrid role with in-office days only on Tuesday and Thursday
