Creative Manager is responsible for managing all phases of creative development work from concept to completion. Oversees the creation of art, photo, copy, and layout for creative projects. Being a Creative Manager implements policies and standards that reinforce the organization's branding strategy and quality goals. Manages and develops a team of designers, copywriters, project managers and vendors. Additionally, Creative Manager leads the development of creative briefs and utilizes design methodologies that meet the business objectives and timelines of the organization and stakeholders. Evaluates and adopts the most effective tools and techniques across all media. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Creative Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Creative Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs and layouts for various projects. Duties:
-Create visually stunning graphics, photos and artwork
- Utilize your expertise in visual design, typesetting, and layout design to produce high-quality materials
- Assist with art direction and provide creative input for projects
- Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across different platforms
- Prepare files for print production and collaborate with printers to ensure accurate results
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in design software
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Knowledge of color theory and its application in design
- Experience with sign manufacturing is a plus
- Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems
- Basic understanding of JavaScript is preferred but not required
Skills:
- Visual design: Ability to create visually appealing designs that effectively communicate the desired message
- Typesetting: Proficiency in arranging text in an aesthetically pleasing manner
- Art direction: Ability to provide creative direction and guidance for projects
- Layout design: Skill in arranging elements on a page to create an engaging composition
