Creative Manager is responsible for managing all phases of creative development work from concept to completion. Oversees the creation of art, photo, copy, and layout for creative projects. Being a Creative Manager implements policies and standards that reinforce the organization's branding strategy and quality goals. Manages and develops a team of designers, copywriters, project managers and vendors. Additionally, Creative Manager leads the development of creative briefs and utilizes design methodologies that meet the business objectives and timelines of the organization and stakeholders. Evaluates and adopts the most effective tools and techniques across all media. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Creative Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Creative Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. The Creative Project Manager is responsible for cross-platform creative concept ideation, data-driven variation testing, and beginning-to-end production for all ads for paid social. Working with the Creative Team, you will be responsible for the creative and performance side to understand how to integrate marketing objectives into a creative proposal.
Responsibilities
- Pitching creative concepts across multiple platforms;
- Briefing creative team (Producers, copywriters, graphic designers and Video Editors) and managing workflow of creative production from beginning to end;
- Understanding of key performance drivers (retention, CTR, etc.) to create high-impact, data-driven variations;
- Working creatively and analytically in a fast growing business;
- Feedbacking the team;
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget;
- Collaborate in market research projects.
Requirements:
- Previous experience with digital media campaigns;
- Experience with Facebook Ads Manager;
- Experience creating social media ads across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube;
- Understanding of key social media trends;
- Understanding of key social media performance metrics;
- Managing and dealing with external suppliers;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Experience in organizing work efforts across teams;
- Ability to work cross-culturally;
- Ability to work in a virtual work environment.
