Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Dental Regional Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional customer service, patient experiences, and dental treatments. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of related work experience, with regional management knowledge of medical/dental offices. A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or technical school is desirable, along with prior coursework or on-the-job training in dentistry, business, or related fields.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and supervise dental office managers and staff across multiple locations, ensuring adherence to operational protocols, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives, systems, and protocols to optimize team performance, patient satisfaction, and profitability across all clinics.
- Provide comprehensive training, coaching, and ongoing support to office managers and staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for each clinic, leveraging data insights to identify opportunities for improvement and drive operational excellence.
- Demonstrate financial acumen by overseeing budget management, revenue growth strategies, and cost-control measures for all clinics within the region.
- Cultivate a collaborative and supportive team environment, fostering open communication, trust, and accountability among clinic staff.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes impacting dental practices, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Utilize advanced knowledge of dental billing, insurance claims processing, and administrative best practices to streamline operations and maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute regional business plans, goals, and initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
- Serve as a liaison between clinic staff and leadership, representing the company with professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or equivalent combination of education and experience in healthcare administration, business management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership experience in dental practice management or healthcare operations, with a strong understanding of dental office workflows and procedures.
- Proficiency in dental practice management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant technology platforms.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.
Work Environment:
- This is a primarily sedentary office classification, although occasional travel to cover sister offices may be required.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate, with occasional exposure to irate patients or staff.
- Physical demands include sitting, standing, walking, keyboarding, reaching, lifting/carrying items weighing less than 40 pounds, stooping, kneeling, bending, and crouching.
