Creative Manager is responsible for managing all phases of creative development work from concept to completion. Oversees the creation of art, photo, copy, and layout for creative projects. Being a Creative Manager implements policies and standards that reinforce the organization's branding strategy and quality goals. Manages and develops a team of designers, copywriters, project managers and vendors. Additionally, Creative Manager leads the development of creative briefs and utilizes design methodologies that meet the business objectives and timelines of the organization and stakeholders. Job description: Manager
· Hire, train, and motivate employees to assemble sprayers at speed by increasing abilities and implementing the principles of Motion Economy including the reduction of movement, preforming simultaneous motions, monitor and design of new methods and tools that allow and encourage the use of both hands at the same time while creating a competitive, fun, and encouraging environment.
· Monitor inventory levels and order parts based on current customer orders and vendor lead times, ability to comfortably communicate with both domestic and foreign vendors.
· Understand, oversee, and train quality control employees on standard Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) systems. Instill quality control personnel with the responsibility to confidently pass or fail both parts received, and products being shipped based on AQL standards and to
o -confidently-communicate with vendor, based on Quadel -corporate guidelines, when parts are received damaged, contaminated or out of specification.
§ Coordinate with vendors the return or disposal, and replacement of rejected parts.
· Receive, Test, and cut bleach to achieve correct bleach percentages for storage and shipping. Maintain records on individual batches of bleach products including bleach production records, certificates of authenticity, and material safety data sheets. Monitor employees working with open bleach products to ensure proper safety precautions are in practice.
· Operate, maintain, and repair as needed any automation equipment.
· Perform minor maintenance on and around facilities.
Physical Demands:
· Medium Work: Exerting up to 75 lbs. of force occasionally and or up to 50 lbs. of force frequently and/or up to 25 lbs. of force constantly to move objects. Medium work usually requires walking or standing to a significant degree.
· Reaching- Extending the hands and arms.
· Handling- Seizing, holding, grasping, turning or otherwise working with your hands.
· Machines, Tools and Equipment with may be used, but not all inclusive:
o Inline production machines, Pad Printer, Computers, Hand tools, Power tools, Forklift, drills, Dremel tool and many others. Inspection equipment for QC, and any other item needed to perform job.
Supervise:
8-12 people. Reports to Operation Manager/President
