Creative Manager is responsible for managing all phases of creative development work from concept to completion. Oversees the creation of art, photo, copy, and layout for creative projects. Being a Creative Manager implements policies and standards that reinforce the organization's branding strategy and quality goals. Manages and develops a team of designers, copywriters, project managers and vendors. Additionally, Creative Manager leads the development of creative briefs and utilizes design methodologies that meet the business objectives and timelines of the organization and stakeholders. Evaluates and adopts the most effective tools and techniques across all media. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Creative Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Creative Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Position Overview:

    The HR Manager will have a 'seat at the table' & be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources functions within the organization. This includes but is not limited to recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, HR policy development and implementation, and compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations. The HR Manager will work closely with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
    • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates.
    • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
    • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other fringe benefits.
    • Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
    • Conduct performance management activities, including performance appraisals, goal setting, and career development planning.
    • Manage the compensation program, including salary administration, bonus programs, and incentive plans.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, including EEO, ADA, FMLA, and OSHA.
    • Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
    • Serve as a resource to employees and managers on HR-related issues and concerns.
    • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the company's goals and objectives.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
    • 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
    • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
    • Experience developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • SHRM certification preferred.
