Creative Manager is responsible for managing all phases of creative development work from concept to completion. Oversees the creation of art, photo, copy, and layout for creative projects. Being a Creative Manager implements policies and standards that reinforce the organization's branding strategy and quality goals. Manages and develops a team of designers, copywriters, project managers and vendors. Additionally, Creative Manager leads the development of creative briefs and utilizes design methodologies that meet the business objectives and timelines of the organization and stakeholders. Evaluates and adopts the most effective tools and techniques across all media. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Creative Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Creative Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager:

- Lead the development of comprehensive financial plans, including budgeting and forecasting, to guide strategic decision-making.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis, providing actionable insights and reports to senior management.
- Ensure strict adherence to accounting principles, STAT regulatory requirements, NAIC, and internal policies.
- Establish and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement strategic initiatives.
- Provide strategic recommendations to drive financial performance and support the company's long-term objectives.
Requirements of the Accounting Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in a similar financial leadership role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and STAT reporting standards.
- Life insurance OR Accident & Health insurance is required
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- The Accounting Manager will have a proactive mindset with a strong ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
