Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and creative individual to fill the role of Creative Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content, managing digital marketing campaigns, and contributing to the overall success of our sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in photography, digital editing, email marketing (specifically Klaviyo), graphic design, and some copywriting skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and generate leads
• Produce captivating and high-quality photography for use in marketing materials, social media, and website content
• Edit and enhance digital images to ensure consistency and brand integrity
• Create visually appealing graphics and design elements for various marketing channels including social media posts, email campaigns, website banners, and advertisements
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo or similar platforms, including designing templates, writing compelling copy, and analyzing campaign performance metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts and execute integrated marketing campaigns
• Assist with copywriting tasks as needed, including crafting product descriptions, ad copy, and promotional materials
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in photography, digital marketing, and graphic design to continuously improve our marketing efforts

Experience:

• Proven experience in photography, digital editing, and graphic design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or Constant Contact
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Portfolio showcasing previous work in photography, graphic design, and email marketing is required
• Familiarity with advertising sales techniques and strategies
• Proficient in conducting market research and analyzing data
• Solid understanding of digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, SEO, and content marketing
