ROLE:
The Director of Creative role is leadership and ownership of the department, developing and overseeing a high performance team. This individual is a strategic thinker with a big picture mindset who executes the vision of the department. The Director of Creative has the ability to manage a wide range of creative people and projects from multimedia to written content to strategic story development and understands how to align creativity with project and client goals. They have an understanding of how to develop and oversee projects or teams while taking complete responsibility for client/project success.
The main areas of responsibility include strategy, quality control, budgeting, and management of the team, work, resources, and client accounts. They will also contribute to content creation and new creative business efforts.

Location: MediaSource is located in Columbus, Ohio. This is a hybrid role based in the Central Ohio area that includes both remote working and workplace-based in person collaboration which takes place at a minimum of once per week.
