    • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of beneficial ownership interests.
    • Manager responses to all tax correspondence and audit requests.
    • Supervise supporting staff and coordinate with company management and financial leadership teams when needed.

    Tax Director Qualifications:
    • Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance and active CPA required
    • Prior experience within public accounting, corporate tax work, or a combination of the two.
    • 5 years of progressive tax experience preferred.
