**Job Overview:**
We are a Wyoming based family business who recently expanded operations in Massachusetts. We produce handmade textiles and block printed women dresses. As a part of our expansion process, we are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. You will be operating out of makeshift storage cum warehouse in Northborough, MA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent warehouse service to our retail team. You will be responsible for ensuring a positive selling experience by providing appropriate inventory to the sales team, making sure adequate inventory is in stock at all times, delivering inventory to the sales team before the events and picking up inventory from the sales team on completion of events.
**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare inventory bags for the events
- Make sure inventory is avaialbel at all times
- Deliver inventory bags and other pop up event material
- Pick up the event material on completion of events
- Build and package items for shipment
- Maintain inventory control by conducting regular cycle counts
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or Warehouse Associate
- Proficiency in using RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packing
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures
