Responsible for developing and leading effective integrated campaign strategies, vision, brainstorming, conceptualizing, copywriting, directing, and project management independently or in partnership with Creative Director(s) and or Manager(s).
Confidently leads dynamic creative discovery and presentation meetings with clients, utilizing excellent listening and relationship building skills.
Demonstrates a clear understanding of the fundamentals of creative execution and effective marketing and advertising.
Responsible to hire vendors with exceptional understanding of visual storytelling through various creative mediums and execute the best outcome within budget for each project.
Develops budgets proportional to media, sets realistic timeline expectations and closes creative opportunities while focusing on targeted financial metrics.
Collaborates and/or leads business partners to help develop and close prospect opportunities by leveraging creative expertise.
Builds trust by communicating and collaborating in a professional and positive manner to move projects forward within established timelines.
Manages all assigned projects in an organized and proactive manner, balancing all aspects of a project from concept to completion.
Consistently communicates and updates project status in CRM and project management software.
Handles objections in a professional manner with flexibility to establish custom solutions for both clients and Effectv.
