Creative Director provides leadership and direction for all phases of creative development work from concept to completion. Designs and implements policies and standards that reinforce the organization's branding strategy and goals. POSITION SUMMARY:
The Creative Director is responsible for leading the creative team in producing original, inspired marketing materials to drive business development and build the overall brand of the Signorelli companies. The Creative Director will work under the direction of the Senior Vice President, Marketing & Communications, to conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies across a wide variety of creative projects.
Key responsibilities are gathering information from business stakeholders, surveying competitive materials, leading brainstorming and creative sessions to generate ideas to augment the marketing teams’ programs, weighing the costs and benefits of various marketing channels, and producing compelling, cohesive materials.
As part of an integrated marketing team, the ideal candidate will contribute to and support the needs of both internal and external clients while focusing on results and raising Signorelli’s visibility as a fast-growing leader in the industry. This position requires knowledge of multi-faceted design and marketing concepts, media and software and a desire to evolve the creative function to meet the needs of a dynamic, innovative organization.
