Being a Creative Director promotes excellence in design thinking and a creative strategy for services, products and programs. Interprets stakeholder requirements to produce effective creative concepts and designs. Additionally, Creative Director recruits and develops a team of designers, copywriters, project managers and vendors. Develops creative briefs and design concepts to meet the business objectives of the organization. Studies current trends and technologies to adopt the most effective tools and techniques across all media. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. As a Creative Director, you will partner with the EVP 360 Creative and EVP 360 Accounts to deliver top notch creative concepts, designs and messaging strategies to our clients with a focus on social media. The position requires a blend of excellent creative skills, working on your own initiative and giving directions to other artists (designers, sketch artists, 3D artists, illustrators, finishers, painters, typographers, photographers, etc.)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
● Conceptualize and design and lead all social projects from a creative POV across multiple genres and platforms.
● Deliver a range of innovative, on-brief social media creative ideas. Concepting innovative, original and highest quality work that maintains
and enhances Legion’s’ reputation for creative excellence.
● Work collaboratively with our team of passionate creatives and have a strong drive for successful execution.
● Present ideas to internal and external partners including: Art direction (look and feel of slides, references, and visual world building) and
presentation skills (persuade and inspire your audience around your creative vision)
● Participate and contribute significantly in brainstorming sessions and for new business opportunities.
● Help build client relationships through the delivery of high-quality conceptual thinking and thoughtful discussion.
● Commitment to meeting demanding client timelines, and are highly organized while multitasking on multiple projects.
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience:
● At least 15 years’ experience working client or agency side servicing major content studios.
● At least 8 years in social media creative direction
● Expert in Adobe Creative Suite and comparable creative tools.
● Knowledge and adherence to entertainment industry security requirements.
Salary Range: $175,000-195,000 Annual
