About the Role:
As the Creative Director of UX Design at CuraPatient, you’ll be joining our Products Department and playing a pivotal role in defining and executing the design strategy for our digital health products. The ideal candidate uses their expertise to deliver high impact, user features (of various scope) to improve all applications. You will lead our Senior UX/UI designer, be closely collaborating with product managers, developers, clients and stakeholders. You are an organized and agile designer who is data and application centric. You will be responsible for delivering design work in a high-scope, complex and ambiguous product area. You must have extensive knowledge and understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and composition for UX/UI design, web design and apps. You can create intuitive and impactful user experiences by demonstrating the ability to sketch ideas and turn brainstorming sessions into wire-frames and mockups. Your leadership and work will drive innovation and embody our mission to deliver user-centric solutions that enhance enterprise SaaS healthcare delivery.

Salary Transparency: Base salary starts at $125,000 - you know your worth and we want to hear you out. We’re open to a salary that best reflects your experience, skills, knowledge and talents that meet our qualifications and our current needs.
