Responsibilities:

- Support 2 busy executives running a creative agency with many lines of services

- Book Keeping (mostly invoicing)
- Miscellaneous Administrative Tasks/Support
- Communications Management: Phones, Chat, Social Media.

- Familiarity with Zoho is a Plus

YOU MUST live in the CST, MST.
- Provide administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate and assist with project management tasks
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
Experience:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in project coordination is a plus
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and QuickBooks is preferred
