Key Responsibilities :

• Set up, adjust, and operate various machines used in circuit card assembly, including surface mount technology pick and place, conformal coating, and selective solder.
• Make manual adjustments to machine interfaces and controls to optimize performance and ensure product compliance.
• Support Crane Business System (CBS) initiatives to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Meet lead times to fulfill customer requirements and maintain production schedules.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and manage consumables for assigned machines.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure work environment.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Experience : 0-5 years of experience in a related field.
• Education : High School diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge : Competent in interpreting specifications and understanding machinery operating principles.
• Skills / Abilities : Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to follow oral and written instructions accurately and maintain records.

Must have accurate color vision and depth perception. Flexibility to adjust work schedule as needed.

• Preferred : Experience in aerospace or manufacturing within a regulated field.
• Eligibility Requirement : This position requires access to Controlled Data or Information. Where the position requires such access only US persons will be considered.

As a US Department of Defense contractor, we are bound by International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).

Working Conditions :

• Manufacturing operations may require the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to : eye safety glasses, gowning, masks, hearing protectors, heel / wrist straps and any other required PPE
• May be exposed to unusual environmental conditions such as loud noises, cold temperatures, confined spaces, dust or fumes
• Flexible and willing to work overtime if necessary
