Job Title: Crane Operator

Location: Jessup, MD - servicing Howard, Anne Arundel, Montgomery, Baltimore, Carroll, and Prince George's Counties
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 3 PM (Overtime expected in Spring & Summer)
Salary: $25-$30/hr (experience based) with overtime eligibility during busy seasons

The Role:

We’re on the lookout for a crane operator! This isn’t just about removing trees; it’s about being part of a team that works hard, supports each other, and enjoys what we do. You’ll be at the heart of our operations, driving our 23-ton crane truck, ensuring safety and efficiency on every job.

You Will:

• Operate 23-ton crane truck.
• Work closely with the team to plan and execute tree removal operations.
• Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed.
• Be open to learning new skills and techniques related to tree removal.
• Possibly work overtime during our busy seasons in Spring and Summer.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid CDL Class A or B license.
• Experience operating a 23 ton crane (operator platform on truck - no cab)
• Ability to be flexible and available for 24/7 emergency response when needed.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team.
