Job Description

Excel/EPI has a job opening for a CRANE OPERATOR. This position is Full-Time and is a maintenance position working 5/8's with no per diem. We are seeking a reliable and experienced individual to join our team in operating cranes and ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate cranes to lift, move, position, and place materials and equipment
• Inspect crane equipment before use to ensure it is in good working condition
• Follow safety procedures and protocols while operating cranes
• Communicate with team members to coordinate movements and ensure safety
• Maintain accurate records of materials lifted and movements made
• Perform routine maintenance on cranes to keep them in optimal condition
• Adhere to all company policies and regulations related to crane operation

Requirements

• Valid certification or license to operate cranes (NCCCO OR NCCER)
• Proven experience as a crane operator in a similar environment
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and materials safely and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and focus on safety protocols
• Good communication skills to work effectively with team members
• Physical strength and stamina to withstand long hours of crane operation
