Ticket Sales Representative

Duties:

- Sell on tickets to customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving any issues or concerns
- Assist customers in selecting the best ticket options based on their preferences and budget
- Process ticket orders accurately and efficiently using computerized ticketing systems
- Maintain knowledge of current and upcoming events, including dates, times, and availability
- Upsell additional products or services, such as Coverages and pre-paid fuel, to enhance the customer experience
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer balances
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment

Skills:

- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form
- Strong conflict management and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficient in using computerized ticketing systems or willing to learn
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
